dinner: black bean bulgar cheeseburger and rainbow chard with shallots and apple cider vinegar gastrique
i’m so excited about this burger recipe. it’s from almost meatless. it still has ground beef in it, but only about two ounces per burger. i love the texture of the burger and it tasted quite nice, with the black bean and the garlic.
the chard probably could have been healthy if i hadn’t used a bunch of bacon grease in it.
